Prepaid Services: No refunds or cancellations are considered, except in cases of service non-feasibility (4-6 weeks processing time).
Service Guarantee: Subscribers to fixed-term packages (6 months or more) can opt for a prorated refund if the quality of service depletes below the agreed SLA can opt to cancel within 29 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Eligibility Criteria:
Refund requests after 29 days of service activation will not qualify.
The policy applies only to new subscribers in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Subscribers can opt only once under this policy.
Conditions for Refund:
All the Excell Media owned equipment and accessories must be returned.
Claims are non-transferable and must be initiated by the enrolled subscriber.
Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for service failures due to force majeure or illegal use.
Policy Amendments: EXCELL may amend this policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law; disputes are subject to the courts in Hyderabad.
